We thrifted this spooky Halloween owl to keep Skippy Skulldorado company. The kids named him Screech. I love that he looks like he’s in a perpetual state of “I just remembered something terribly important that I forgot to do.”

We went for a rainy day hike in the mountains…
…then saw a double rainbow…
…and then when we were in the car driving home, we saw these two hanging out munching on leaves! We were so lucky!
