Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind on physical mail club letters, shop orders, or digital downloads.

Mail club subscriptions may be canceled at any time before the next renewal date to avoid future charges. Payments already processed are generally nonrefundable.
