Shipping Policy

When Will My Mail Club Letter Arrive?

Our monthly subscription cutoff date is the 14th of each month.

  • Order on or before the 14th: You'll receive the following month's mail club letter.

  • Order after the 14th: You'll receive the mail club letter for the month after next.

For example, orders placed on or before October 14 will receive November's mail club letter. Orders placed October 15 or later will receive December's letter.

Letters are mailed monthly on our scheduled mailing date. Please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to arrive after it has been mailed.

Shipping Method

Mail club letters are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. We currently ship within the United States only.

Shop Orders

We offer limited stock of past mail club letters for sale in our shop. For purchases of past letters, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared and mailed. Once your order has been mailed, please allow an additional 1–3 weeks for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make a correction, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been prepared or mailed.

We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Missing or Damaged Mail

If your letter or order hasn't arrived within three weeks of its mailing date, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us. Include your order number and a description of the issue so we can help determine the next steps.

Digital Downloads

Each mail club letter includes a QR code linking to a digital printable that corresponds to that month’s theme.

If your QR code isn't working or you're having trouble accessing your download, please contact us and we'll help you get access.
