Every postcard is printed just for you once you place your order — no sitting on a shelf, which means less waste and a little more care in every envelope.
Processing time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your postcards to be printed before they ship.
Shipping time: Once printed, postcards typically arrive within 3–7 business days in the US and Canada.
Total time: Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days from the time you order.
Where we ship: Right now we ship within the United States and Canada only. We hope to expand internationally down the road!
Shipping cost: We offer free shipping on every order. Yay!
Tracking: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Please note: shipping times are estimates and can occasionally run longer during holidays or high-order periods.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each postcard is printed specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind. But we absolutely want you to be happy with what shows up in your mailbox!
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please reach out within 10-14 days of delivery at hello@grasshopperrodeo.com with:

A photo of the item you received
We'll get a replacement or refund sent your way — no hassle, no return shipping required.
If your package shows as delivered but never arrived, let us know within 14 days and we'll help track it down or make it right.
